The standard and reduced registration fee covers admission to all sessions, daytime lunches and refreshments, and all conference materials. Registration fees do not include accommodation. 

The registration fee for a accompanying person entitles to reception, social and cultural activities.

Cancellation and Refund

Notification of cancellation must be notified in wiriting of the cancellation. 

For cancellations of participation in the conference by 30 May 2018, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund can be made for cancellations received after 1 June 2018.
