Abstract Guidelines

 

We would like to inform that all abstracts are subjected to peer-review, coordinated by the Scientific Committee. The corresponding author will be emailed with a notification of acceptance by the Scientific Committee by March 31st, 2018.

 

Please follow the guidelines for the abstracts:

  1. All abstracts must be in English. 

  2. Abstracts should not exceed 250 words (without counting the title of the abstracts). 

  1. Title should be limited to 150 characters including spaces.

  2. Do not include any figures or tables in abstracts. 

  3. Please remember about the key words (up to 6).

  4. Please avoid references in an abstract. If essential, then cite the author(s) and year(s). 

  5. Abstract should include all the information: Background; Aims; Outcomes & Results (if it is an empirical study) or the Points for the Discussion; Conclusions & Practical, Methodological, or Theoretical  Implications.

  6. All authors should requested to proofread their abstract carefully for grammar, spelling, and punctuation. 

  7. In the submission process the author may indicate the preference for oral or poster presentation. The final decision on the type of the presentations will be made by the Scientific Committee based on the reviewers' comments. 

  8. Submitted abstracts can be modified until January, 31st, 2018. 

  9. By submitting an abstract, the presenting authors commit themselves to attend the conference. If the original presenting author is unable to present, one of the co-authors should take over this responsibility. 

  10. Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the conference. 

  11. By submitting an abstract, the author grants the Organizators permission to publish it in the abstract book and to disseminate it electronically.​
